Description

This portrait was inspired by a Tahitian man I worked with on a pearl farm.
He would often smoke while working—calm, composed, and entirely in his element.
His quiet confidence and grounded presence stayed with me; he was the kind of person who could shift the atmosphere without speaking a single word.
